(ePrintWire.Org) – Rixkin, small publishing and production house, signed a national distribution agreement with Quality Books Inc. (QBI) on January 29, 2010. QBI will distribute Rixkin’s first title by NeonSeon, Life of Shouty: Good Habits, to libraries throughout North America.
